Caliber Consultants Corp., Edmonton, Alberta, is responsible for personal information provided to us through website enquiries and consultation bookings. This policy covers this website and those initial interactions. Information provided during an accounting engagement is also subject to the arrangements for that engagement and applicable obligations.
Information You Choose To Provide
If you email or call us, we receive the contact details and information you share. We use this information to respond, understand the services you need, and discuss next steps. Please do not include social insurance numbers, banking credentials, tax documents, or other sensitive records in a booking note or initial email. We can agree on a suitable method for sharing records when needed.
Consultation Bookings
Booking links take you to Calendly, a separate service. Calendly collects the details requested by the booking form, such as your name, email address, phone number, selected time, and any optional notes. We use booking information to arrange and conduct the consultation. Calendly also processes information under its own Privacy Notice and provides its own cookie choices.
Website Measurement
We count visits to selected public pages to understand which content is useful. Our measurement database stores only the day, the public page path, and a total count. It does not store visitor names, email addresses, IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or individual browsing histories. Page views are not unique visitor counts.
Our booking links include labels identifying this website and the page from which the link was opened. Calendly may associate these labels with a completed booking so we can understand which pages generate enquiries. The labels do not contain a visitor identifier or the page’s query string. We do not count opening a booking link as a completed booking.
You can turn off our page counting and booking labels below. We also respect the Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals for these features. This choice applies to this browser and does not change Calendly’s separate settings.

Cookies, Storage, And Technical Information
Our custom website measurement does not use tracking cookies. If you save a measurement preference, it is stored in your browser. Hosting and service providers may process technical information, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot their services. This is separate from our aggregate page counts. This site does not include Google Analytics or Meta advertising pixels.
Service Providers And Information Sharing
We use website hosting, email, and scheduling providers to operate the site and respond to you. Information may be processed outside Alberta or Canada, where the laws governing access may differ. Calendly’s notice describes its processing and international transfers. Contact us if you have questions about the providers involved in your enquiry.
We do not sell personal information received through website enquiries. We share it where needed to provide the requested service, with your authorization, or where required or permitted by law.
Retention And Protection
We retain enquiry and booking information as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal, business, or recordkeeping requirements. Retention depends on the type of information and whether you become a client. You can ask us about the retention of your information. Our aggregate page-count database is not linked to an individual visitor.
We take reasonable steps appropriate to the information to protect it. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may contact us to ask about our handling of your information, request access or a correction, or withdraw consent where applicable. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal or contractual obligations. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.
